Moving on up

10 out of 11 of my students are moving up to the "BIG" class. We invited ourselves to one of Teacher Sherri's circle times in the 3-5 class. We mixed our toddlers right in so they could see and feel what it was like to be in their new class.

We sang songs, learned a nursery rhyme and a few differences and similarities between the 3-5 vs toddler classes.

They are going to have a great experience using: BIG words, becoming better artists, pouring their own milk and dishing their food, using the BIG toilets, exploring the writing area, doing morning exercises, writing letters, having TWO circle times and LOTS more friends to play with!

They all seemed really comfortable and talked a lot about it during lunch afterwards. I sure am going to miss them!!!!
