Play at its Best!

Throughout the semester I find myself becoming more and more impressed with what my students can create and imagine during their play.

This particular day were were out on our toddler playground, I set out tents and tunnels and over the course of a half hour, they had turned into an obstacle course by attaching all the pieces. (Without Teacher assistance) It didn't end there, it started off camping, then turned into a Bear Hunt and it somehow evolved into a train station.

Given more time I'm sure we would have taken a trip to the DI, Grandma's or gone to Sea World. (Just a few hot spots we visit on occasion.) :)
