Smoothies


Ok so ours did not quite look like this picture above,
but I am pretty sure we had a lot more fun making and tasting them!!!




Here is my recipe: (I use whatever and however much I have a available)
Frozen Fruit--strawberries, pinapple and banana's are my fav--
One fresh Banana
Some Milk
Bit of sugar
Yogurt (any kind)
Flax seed (opt. to make healthier)
Mix in a blender and enjoy!

PS. I like to serve it with a straw---tastes better! :)
